hi, i am new to web service and deciding to develop an Amazon.com-like web
service program. I heard lot of people say that use Java is bit harder if
compare to .Net. Is it true? i plan to use Oracle Jdeveloper9i to do my application.
does this software provides everithing that i need include web server?
