I have a netscape mail server in my office.

Some of my friends want to access their mail from home and they are able to
access their mail from home.

But from home if they try to send mail to some one ouside the company they
get a "the server refuses to relay the message" error but if they try to
send mail to any one in the company then the mail will be delivered to those
within the company.

Is this problem is related to DNS Server or is it being blocked by our
firewall?

I want to know the steps to solve my problem.
