is there a tool for manipulating/parsing etc. xml document
using standart sql language ?

ok, thanks, but:
as far as i understand this product the sql queries are being run on the
DB and produce xml document,
what i'm looking for is sql parser which will work on an the xml
document ifself and manipulate it, regardless to database, my data is on
the xml document, i want to work only in the scope of
my java application.

any idea ?!
