Can I get the new parser on a Mac?

Hi,
I was reading <a href="http://news.devx.com/cgi-bin/dnewsweb.exe?cmd=article&group=xml.general&item=1602&utag=">this
article</a> and it said that I needed the newer parser or namespace for IE
. Is it possible for me to get that on my mac?

AFAIK, no. There are other parsers available that you can use though. Try
