Migrating to Oracle

I am confronted with this problem of migrating a Raima database to Oracle.Is
there any tool available for that.
Can you provide any lights on this regard,

Oracle supports sqlLoader, a tool for importing comma separated values to
oracle databases. Or you can use ODBC to accomplish the same thing ...
