Standards....
I'm not in love with Microsoft, but they do have the most compliant browser
on the market. People who say how they are tired of coding one way to Microsoft
and another way to everyone else (does that mean Netscape? or maybe just
HTML 3.2?) are just interested in bashing Microsoft because it's fashionable.
Maybe when Netscape 6 is finally usable, the feeble cry of the downtrodden
will be justified.
In regards to the article: I agree the standards process is now just a polico-marketing
process now. I'm willing to say the MS is a self-serving pig in this process,
but I will not call Netscape a crusader for doing the same thing. What they
are doing is all about money folks.
