Using XML to access data from a database
Hi there!
I suppose my earlier question was not clear. So here goes nothing.
Is there a function or a set of tags that allows you to access individual
fields from an existing DB?

By the sounds of things you have a lot of research to do before you start
playing with xml.
XML is NOT an interface to a database.

I know it is *NOT* an interface to a database. But how do we then connect
to a database, I am using Access 2000. There has to be a middle guy! Is it
ADO? or ADO and ASP?
