XML error -2147221164

[Ranga]

I have upgraded my VB components to use MSXML3 (previously using msxml2
) . VB Project is working fine in Development mode. When compiled and installed
on the MTS , I am getting this error -2147221164

Error Description: Persisted XML files cannot be opened with the version
of the Microsoft XML Parser currently installed on this computer. Upgrade
your system through a Windows 95/98 Service Release or Internet Explorer
5.0 or later.

Did you install IE5 on the server?
