Hi Everybody

I am trying to call a 32 bit dll from a 16 bit dll.I got a artical on this
site that was very help ful for me. Now where i got stuck is RC Compiler.

I need 16 bit resourses compiler to mark my 16 bit dll as version 4.0.
I have a November 2001 Plateform SDK but there is no rc.exe which supports
-40 option. Please send me the appropriate link. where i could find out right
rc.exe.
