For executing xml files do we need special server, if itis where u can find
that server.

Hi -
XML files are not really executed. Rather, they are parsed.
Since an XML file is simply a text file, you can parse it with any language
you like doing simple string parsing. Alternatively, you can use a parsing
product such as Microsoft's XML Parser (MSXML) which comes with newer
versions of IE.
