    VB Treeview, Usercontrols and Tooltips

    A treeview control drawn on a usercontrol will show its tooltip( if node
    text is longer than the the width of the treeview) at the back of the form
    hosting the usercontrol . Is there a way of bringing this tooltip to a
    comfortably visible position (zorder 0)
