ActiveX Doc
I've been experimenting with VB6 SP3 ActiveX Documents for a
couple of days. Suddenly, IE5 won't open it anymore. From the
IDE I hit run, the browser window pops open and out of the blue I
get the "Open or Save" dialogue. If I hit "Open from current
location" and unselect "Always Ask" I immidiately get the same
diologue again. If I choose "Save to disk" nothing happens.
Help!! What's going on here? This all worked 10 minutes ago!

Re: ActiveX Doc

I am not sure whether what I had is the same problem. I was using my app
for web use and to put it right I done the following.
1. Click on the 'Project' menu and select the bottom option 'project1 properties'
2. A box should appear, choose 'Component' tab
3. Make sure 'Active X component' is selected
4. Make sure 'Remote server file' is selected if you are using it for web
use.
Anyway this worked for me, sorry if it is no use to you
Good luck.....
