    quiting an infinite loop


    Hello all,

    i am new to VB programming and need to know how to quit an infinite loop,
    and the keyboard commands to stop program execution, if any.

    If you are in an infinite loop, it is pretty tricky to quit. Try pressing
    the stop button in VB several times, or press Ctrl-Break several times.
    Another possibility is to click in your code to try to set a breakpoint.
    If your loop is prone to this problem, put a DoEvents command in the middle
    of the loop. Remove the command when you have fixed the problem.

    I hope your loop eventually ends.
