Automated print to file from VB

My problem is to print a file from VB, setting the default printer port as
FILE PORT..When I try print the file( say test.txt) it opens a dialog box
asking for an output filename. All i want to know is that..Is there any API
calls to provide a default filename, so that I can able to By-pass that dialog
    box...????

Your Help will be very much appreciated..

    Pon.

This is actually an extremely difficult question. After a huge amount of
research I find that you need a special program to accomplish this -- it's
called redmon and it allows you to redirect the port to an output file.
