I'm trying to implement a "Connection Options" dialog in my VB app where the
name of the Server and Database to connect can be changed (only for my application).
This dialog should be accessed only by an Administrator. I'm planning to
show a form where the Administrator can enter his username and password.
Is there any way to know that the username and password are correct and
make sure they correspond to an Administrator? I'm trying to do this independently
of the user who logs into Windows.
