How to disable the Size item in system menu?

In my project I don't let the user to resize the form so disable the MaxButton,
also the Size item in left top system menu. How to disable the Size item?

If you set the BorderStyle property of your Form to any of the Fixed
options, there will be no Size item in the system menu.
