Start / stop Dialup server for win 95/98 programatically

Hi,

Does anyone knows how can I start / stop programaticall Dialup server from
Win95/98?
I suppose I have to call rundll with some parameteer to get it running, but
I couldn't find any reference to it.
Any help will be highly appreciated!
