Scaling VB Applications for different screen sizes

Can anyone please tell me how I can scale my application interface to
    different
screen sizes. Right now, my application was developed on a 17" monitor but
looks terrible on a 15" monitor.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can adjust your Form's Width and Height properties in relation to the
Screen object's Width and Heigth properties.
You can position controls (Control.Move(NewLeft, NewTop, NewWidth,
NewHeigth)) dynamically in your Form's Resize event. The Resize event fires
when your Form is created and when it's Width and/or Height properties are
    changed.
