I need to know if anyone out there has written a class in C++ that will create
an XML file from a text file. If not that, I need to know how to take a
text file and make it into an XML file. It is also necessary to do this conversion
from the command line. Is there an easy way to do this. Can someone point
me in the right direction? Thanks.
