Create DOCTYPE declaration

Hi,

Iam working on a XML Generator in VB. Iam not able to generate the DOCTYPE
declaration i.e <!DOCTYPE.....
I find this as a read-only property.
If anyone has a solution to this please do inform me.

Use the createProcessingInstruction method.
