    Viewing using XLViewer


    Hi
    i have a program that will generate a report in excel, and now i wish to
    put the program on a friends computer, but he doesnt have excel. i have
    downloaded the xlviewer but now i am trying to figure out how to generate
    the excel report and then have it view. it does not work using the excel.application
    command! any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

    try using shellexecute, and passing it the XL file. If XLviewer is the app
    used to load XL files then that should work
