Pass an argument to a stand alone VB EXE file.

Hello, I got this question:
We can run "Notepad.exe C:\*.txt" from the command line.
If I have VB exe project, it deals with a certain format of file. and Also
I want to use the command line option. Say "A.exe B.*". How can I pass the
"B.*" to the VB project "A.exe"
