How do I fill a listbox with alltables and their fields

Hi,

I know I can use the "alltables" collection to access a list of tables in
a database, but how do I get a list of the available fields in those tables?
(The idea is to connect to the db and fill a list box with a list of tables
and their fields.)
Any help is greatly appreciated :-)
