newbie question: MSword to XML to PDF and UNIX man pages
hi. our current command reference documentation is written in MSWord. I would
like to create a repository/database of the commands, in order to output
to pdf for printing, html for web and text for UNIX man pages.
i have been researching the possibility of using xml. First i would have
to translate the current commands/structure to xml. Then create a database
in xml for entering new commands/changes. Then create css or xsl to format.
it seems that i need several tools. any recommendations....
thanks,
pam
