    SavePicture to JPG?

I am writing an app that does a SavePicture command to write to a BMP file.
So far so good, except for the occasional Floating-Point inexact result
error when I run the compiled version of my program (in the IDE, this error
    is not generated).

Anyway, I was wondering if there in an easy way to save a picture as a JPG
rather than a BMP file. These image files will only ever be 16 colors, so a
little more compression would be nice.

    TIA.

Why, do you have a spare $15 million burning a hole in your pocket?
JPEG really needs true-color in order to work properly. Even GIF
and PCX seem to do better with small palettes. Dunno if you can
use any of these without infringing some idiotic software patent,
    though...
