Running VB.Net program by external windows application.

How can I let my program that made by VB.Net run immediatlly after I run
any windows application such as "Internet Explore"?

Can you give me any applicable topic that I can refer to it in the manualy
of Visual Studio.Net software?

Your app would need to be running all the time, and periodically check for ie running.
