    enter_key_Click
    Else: End If

but when you press eiher enter keys Nothing happens

but when you click onto the enter button on screen the system does it and It works when I use the ESC (KeyAscii = 27) so am I using the wrong ascii for the enter key or is it something else ?

Ok, lets assume that you put your code in the [Control]_KeyPress(KeyAscii as integer) event...

try 10 instead of 13... maybe it worx

Dear use KeyPress event of any control in whcih you want to apply Keyascii

Use following, I assume that I shall move from Text1 to Text2.
    1. Double click on Text1 and choose KeyPress event
    2. Type following
    If KeyAscii=13 then
    Text2.setfocus
    endif
    3. All you need to do.
