Re: Formatting Cells in Excel from a VB app

I am transferring data from a grid in an excel application to an excel spreadsheet.
I am wondering how I would format (to text) a range of cells in my excel
    spreadsheet from the VB app?

I found the answer it is:

    xlSheet.Range("A1", "Z253").NumberFormat = "@"

to format that range of cells as text
