is anyone else finding that the MS OLE DB Provider For Oracle does not
properly perform client-side cursor caching

ADODB.Recordset.CacheSize = 1000

still brings over the entire recordset

i am on version 2.1.2.4202.3 (GA) (SP2) of the provider
