Can I recieve a list of ODBC data sources to use with ADO?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
I am trying to write a small app that will help streamline the process for
creating and running a few Oracle Stored Procedures. Before the user can
do the create or run, they will need to be connected to the database. These
actions will need to be available for multiple databases, so I wanted to
offer a drop down list of the available ODBC data sources local to the user's
PC(preferebly only the Oracle ones). I saw that there was some raw ODBC
API calls that I could make, but I thought I would ask if there was a simple
way I have not found yet.
I may have more questions later about getting ADO to create and run my stored
procedures, but for now this is my first hurdle.
Thanks in advance for any help,
