    Indexes in ADO

    I posted similar question before.
I have tried everything, but I have come to conclusion that JET 4.0 and
    ADODC does not support indexes.
I even ran Support() function to see if any cursor type would support
indexes, and it came up negative.
    Would anybody else confirm this?

    tx.

don't know if this helps, but you can create client-side indexes on ado recordsets
(individual fields only) once they are open, using:

    <field name>.properties("Optimize")=true

    J-Y.

If you're using an Access database, it needs to be Access 2000.
