inorder to take the backupsof oracle database..is ther any objects in
vb6.0?i mean taking backups of database is possible in vb or not?

There is no VB objects that can do database backup.
If you have provider's API or provider's objects that support backup then it
is possible.
Otherwise, I wouldn't know how would be possible in VB or any other language
to backup a base.
