Problem in VB with read Parameter Query from Access

I have a Parameter Query In Access Fie.
I Try connect DataGrid in VB to that Query.
When I declare it at the properties of the datagrid it works
But If I try to declare it in the code ,so:
rs.Open "Select * from myQry myParameter", Conn, adOpenStatic, adLockOptimistic
I gets the message error :
No vakue given of one or more required parameters

WHY ????
