    Mouse Issue

I am attempting to design an application that will prevent the user from accessing
other sources of information while in the test area. I can disable ctrl-alt-del,
alt-tab, and ctrl-esc. What I am unable to do is prevent a programable mouse
from opening access outside the application. Any thoughts on how to do this
    would be appreciated.

Eric: Is the target PC under your control (in other words, a shared PC that
you or your client will set up, not the user's personal computer)? If so,
install a standard mouse, rather than a programmable one. If not, you
shouldn't prevent the user from using his or her own machine.

Phil: I'm afraid I have to completely 'lock-out' the user while he/she is
taking the test. This application will be used in an education environment.
The possibility of these schools using programmable mice is remote, but I
must plan for all variables. Do you have any additional thoughts on how to
    do this?
