we are using HttpSendRequest from WININET.DLL -- see "Post Form Data Without
a Browser " December 1999

after installing SP4 recently, this sample (and our production code based
on it!!) no longer works. The web page/program being posted to receives a
request but no longer receives the post data. We have tried the original
sample which used to work and we tried posting to a few different places
with the same results.

anyone know what happened and how to fix this? W2k Server, VB6 EE SP4..
