    Can any one tell me how can i use ASP o send sms messages...

    I'm not a SMS domain expert, so take my words as opinion, not fact.

    Most carriers (with SMS) provide a programmatic (and mostly proprietary)
    interface to their SMS Gateways. I don't know of any standards evolving in
    this area as SMS is pretty much served its time.

    Assuming that you have a particular SMS Gateway in mind, then you start by
    finding out what is the programmatic interface to that gateway.

    Here's an example SMS Gateway programmatic interface using SMTP
    http://wwwcs.cern.ch/public/services/sms/sms.html
    another using HTTP
    http://www.sms-wap.com/e/services.html

    Most gateways provide these "standard" protocols:
    TAP
    SNPP
    SMTP
