Can't debug a Pocket PC App in VB.NET 2003

I am developing a Pocket PC App using Visual Basic .NET 2003 and the .NET
Compact Framework. When I first connected my device to my computer and tested
my app, it worked perfectly. But the next time I tried to run my app, I
got a message in the build window that says:

Error while trying to run project: Unable to start debugging.

Unable to start program 'C:\Documents and Settings\ahardstark\My Documents\Work\SigCap\bin\Debug\SigCap.exe'.

I can't think of anything I did differently. I am still able to deploy my
app to the device, I just can't debug it. I'm assuming this is some kind
of bug, so hopefully someone's gotten this problem before.

I'm experiencing exactly the same problem. I used to do this in .NET 2002
and had no trouble so I'm really baffled. I've reinstalled .NET 2003 several
times thinking I might have missed something.

If I just copy the executable to my Pocket PC it works perfectly.

I'll let you know if I find anything.
