Server.CreateObject failed while checking permissions. Access is denied to this object.

    I am writing a simple activeX.dll on a windows2000/IIS server and I keep getting
this error "Server.CreateObject failed while checking permissions. Access
is denied to this object." Where do I change permissions and how? Thanks
    in advance, Joe
