Hi!

I wonder if someone can tell me what I need to install on a client computer
(that DOESN'T have any SQL server software installed) to be able to interact
with a SQL database with SQL statements.

I hope it's neccesary with installing SQL ODBC drivers, is this correct ??
And, if that is all I need to install, how can I install the drivers. Do
I get them only by installing MDAC 2.X ???

What I in the end want to be able t do is to use a Visual Basic application
on the client computer that interact with a remote SQL database via ODBC.

Very greatful if someone could tell me what I need to install on the client
machine
