    Yes, very blissful, the cycle of Type/Declare/lstrlen/RtlMoveMemory/Run/
    Crash/Scratch Head/Rinse/Repeat, when you want to use an API nobody's
    gotten around to encapsulating yet...

    A very interesting sentiment coming from someone who evidently had plenty

    The mark of a truly unintelligent human being is the necessity to resort to
    name calling. “Go ram it”…"s/h/itself", “you fleck of pond scum”?? I rest
    my case. Intelligence need not adhere to misguided words such as this. I
    love it when people like you make a fool themselves at this level. Must feel
    pretty dumb huh? I wouldn’t know…. ; )

    You really like to complain allot don’t you? It’s obvious from your bitc*ing
    that your not much of a programmer! You like your diaper changed and your
    hand held will you program in VB? Seems like it, you slam C, C++…and now

    I like Gravity's terminology better.
    'Add author to Bozo Bin'.

    Not quite as violent as the typical *nix newsreader's 'killfile', but it
    suffices.

    I had a nice little flame put together for Nolly, but then *I* put two
    and two together and realized that I'd probably be slamming a fourteen-year
    old. Actually, I think we need to cut him a little slack, because those
    hormones are pretty powerful, especially before you learn to deal with them.

    Michael,

    <aol>
    me too!
    </aol>

    <Definition Source=http://www.dictionary.com/cgi-bin/dict.pl?term=plonk>

    plonk

    <networking, abuse> (Possibly influenced by British slang "plonk" for cheap
    booze, or "plonker" for someone behaving stupidly) The sound a newbie makes as
    he falls to the bottom of a kill file. Used almost exclusively in the Usenet
    newsgroup news:talk.bizarre, this term (usually written "*plonk*") is a form
    of public ridicule.

    Another theory is that it is an acronym for "Person with Little Or No
    Knowledge".

    Just out of curiousity, would you please post your real full name, position
    with the company, name of the company and phone number you can be reached at
    so that your references can be checked?

    If you can back up your case with references, that can prove your background
    and knowledge in the subject.

    You didn't follow the links, did you. Do take a look, maybe they'll
    save you enough time on your compiles to stop your whining and allow
    you a life too! Life is too short to wait for half your project to
    recompile every time you change a class' private member.

    The links you posted seem interesting. You do have a valid point with the
    recompile, but I am trying to further my patience with that...I rather enjoy
    the sophistication, level of control and complexity challenges that C++ brings
    to the table...but obviously it is NOT ideal for every application problem.
    You might goes as far to say that C++ might be that last resort for many
    situations. But it is rewarding to learn and know…

    No, I have yet to experience a computer game that didn't bore me to
    tears (although I did find the original Pong quite a challenge for at
    least ten minutes once). People who can play computer games during
    their lunch hour (with all the right movements, so sad) are completely
    out of their tree, in my opinion. I like reading a decent newspaper

    No, he's dead right. A fancy editor is what Visual Basic (the classic
    variety) is, of course. And there are six million or so fancy editor
    users in the world who are a tribute to the fancy editor creators. An
    amazing work.

    Now, tell me, how many C/C++ programmers are there? Obviously I don't
    need to know this information, but it will lend balance to the stats.
