Fred: You can download/order Beta 1 of Visual Studio.NET at
http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/nextgen/beta.asp . The release version
will not be available for purchase until later this year. The reason for all
the buzz is that Visual Studio.NET is significantly different from previous
versions, so MS wants to give developers plenty of opportunity to get up to
speed on the changes.
