AutoScroll on MDIContainer Form

Does anyone know how to turn off (get rid of) the scrollbars on an MDI
Container form? I've tried setting the AutoScroll to False, but it seems to
have no effect.

I assumed this was a beta bug. The docs say the default is True, yet it is
actually False, yet changing it has no apparent effect, therefore ... a bug?
