How do I post my web page on the Internet?

I would like to know how to post my personal web page on the internet. I
can't seem to find any self-explanatory information on the subject.

-karen. First you have to have domain name, like www.yourdomain.com. If you
have that then all you do is setup your HTML page onto your computer then
just name the one page you want the visitors to see first when they access
your domain either: index.html or default.html. Upload it to your directory
that your host has given you and woila. You're done.
