Im looking for tools that have been built for/built on .net platform.
Please let me know the tools avbl for download/shipping. the language need
not be restricted to C#.

What type of tools? There's a Tools section on C# Station, but that only
begins to scratch the surface of what's available. It would help if you
were more specific.
