    What's all the fuss about?

    Let's review:

    - VB6 was an inferior product that didn't allow the creation of useful production
applications. It was also really, really boring. Backward compatibility would
have just legitimized VB6. In addition, VB6 looked nothing at all like Java.

    - If you don't like .NET then you can just leave your apps in VB6, which
should continue to run on users' machines for the next few years.

    - If, in a few years, you still don't have time to rewrite your apps then
you can just retire you silly neanderthal. But this is a moot point because
you're probably incapable of using VB.NET anyway.

With this sig, how are you able to discern when you're in need of more and
    better information?

I don't need to discern much - I have faith that Microsoft has produced the
best possible set of tools in Visual Studio.Net.
If it could have been better then they would have made it better.

You're my hero Zane! If I had a fraction of your brainpower I would spend
    my time much more productively.

You do have a fraction of my brainpower, you just haven't learned how to
    put it to good use.

I'm keeping you occupied! Even though a have a tiny brain I've learned to
    leverage it's puny power.
