VBdotNET Help update problem!!

Hello!

I'm having problem with VS .NET! When trying to get some help program starts
to Update Help with message: "Help is updating to reflect your recent changes.
This may take several minutes."

After that I get the error message described bellow:

Error details:
"AN unhandeled exception has been caught by the VSW exception filter"

Error signature
AppName: devenv.exe AppVer: 7.0.9466.0 ModName: hxds.dll
ModVer: 2.1.9466.0 Offset: 0001e84f


I've reinstalled the VS .NET; removed C++; removed C#; removed Documentation;
completly reinstalled Windows 2000, component update and VS .NET, but the
problem persist!!!!

The only solution to this problem is to rename the file hxds.dll, but then
all help is unavailable.


I'm using Celeron 400Mhz, with 320 Mb RAM and 7200rpm 10Gb HDD, ATI graphic
card, SB. PC is not connected to WWW.


If someone has any suggestions I would be very gratefull.
