VB.NET 2003 Std Edition to Include Upgrade Wizard

One of the common complaints about Standard Edition of VB.NET 2002 was that
it didn't have the Upgrade Wizard. You had to buy the Profession or Enterprise
edition instead. The next version of VB.NET will include it in the Standard
    Edition....

The Visual Basic .NET Upgrade Wizard is now available in the Standard edition
and has been enhanced to support the upgrading of more component types including
    User Controls and Web Classes.
