DataBound PictureBox

Has anyone been able to bind a dataset image field from Northwind to an
image control?

Im setting the PictureBox1 Bindings - Advanced - Image to "dsTest1 -
Employees.Photo"

My other bound text boxes dont show when this is connected.

Oh yea Im using SQL Server 7.0 on WinnT 4.0 Server.
