    Create a MemoryStream object.
    Create a BinaryFormatter object.
Use the BinaryFormatter to serialize the arraylist to the memorystream.
Write the memorystream to the field.

Reverse the process (using the deserialize method) to read the field.

    Thanks Rob!

Your suggestion is very helpful. But the addtional problem is how to Write
the memorystream to the OLE field. I can't fix it. Where can I get some reference
or simple code about this aspect?
