I am trying to run the following:

xmlhttp = new ActiveXObject("Msxml2.XMLHTTP30");

But I get an error, I can do this:

xmlhttp = new ActiveXObject("Msxml2.XMLHTTP");

But I need the functionality of XML 3.0

What is going on?
